Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of GrowDesk, a software service provided by dbVantage ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using GrowDesk you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent ("you").
The service
GrowDesk is a hosted service your company uses through workspaces. You're responsible for who you invite and the roles you give them.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in secure. You must be authorized by your company to create a workspace for it or to connect its systems.
Connected systems
When you connect a third-party system you confirm you're authorized to grant that access. GrowDesk uses each connection only for the features you use. Third-party systems are governed by their own terms; we aren't responsible for their availability or the accuracy of their data.
Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI features
GrowDesk produces drafts, summaries and recommendations with AI. They can be wrong. Review them before you publish or act on them; nothing is published or sent without a person approving it.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to break the law, to access data you aren’t permitted to access, to send spam, or to interfere with the service or other customers.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. dbVantage isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending use
You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend workspaces that break these terms. Questions: reach us through dbvantage.com.
